What happens after the first year?
Your license never expires. Only the free updates end after one year; the latest version you downloaded keeps working for life. Renew updates whenever you need a newer version.
How do I switch from the trial?
Uninstall the trial version, then install the registered version. All the work you did with the trial is kept, and the IDE no longer needs to be running.
When do I get my license?
You receive a registration email as soon as your order is processed: usually within 1-2 hours, at most 24 hours. The emails are sent automatically from @sicomponents.com, so make sure your spam filter lets them through.
Is a license per developer?
Yes. All prices are for a single developer license. Buy one license for each developer who uses TsiLang Components Suite.
Can I transfer a license?
Yes, to another developer within the same company.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Our 30-day refund policy covers all purchases, including those with automatic renewal.
Can I cancel automatic renewal?
Yes, at any time. The versions you have already received stay yours.
